How to delete your data from Elm Social Route app

Account deletion is required to delete your data. Do this by going to "About Elm" page on the app (which you can reach it from top-right button at home and your page). There you will see account settings at the bottom. Then tap on "Delete account".
Caution: If your email was verified, this action will permanently invalidate it, and you will not be able to use it to create a new account.

All data will then be moved to trash and retained for a legally required period before being permanently deleted. You can find the details of this process in our Privacy Policy (link).
Note: Data in the trash cannot be recovered or queried.

From Privacy Policy:
"5. Data Retention & Deletion
Deleted data cannot be recovered, and permanent deletion is delayed in compliance with legal requirements, with a default retention period of 90 days. Certain data necessary for accountability purposes (e.g., Reps) will be retained."
