By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we provide.

2. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create ("User Content") but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensure it does not:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).
• Contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material.
• Mislead or impersonate others.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Harass, spam, or harm other users.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy data.

4. Child Safety (CSAE Policy)

Elm Social Route has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any content or behavior that endangers minors. This applies to all users and all User Content on the App.

Violations will result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content.
• Permanent termination of the associated account.
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authorities, as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by Hujan2labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Open-source component licenses can be found within the app.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for User Content or third-party links.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
